Rates: All rooms are based on double occupancy and are subject to 9.7% room tax and include continental breakfast. Rates for additional guests, $25 per guest per night. We also offer group rates for retreats, family reunions and small weddings up to 75 guests. Please call for more information.

Discounts: Stays of 5 nights or more and single guests receive 10% discount.

Payment: We accept, cash, travelers' checks, personal checks and credit cards. -M/C - VISA - AMEX

Reservations: Two night minimum stay, July and August and most weekends. Occasionally space may be available for shorter stays, please call to inquire.

Check-in: Guests may arrive after 2:00 p.m. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 7:00 p.m. to assure that your keys are left for you.

Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.

Smoking, Pets and Children: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in any of the inn buildings. We welcome children over the age of 8. For families with younger children, our Kiwi House is recommended.

Deposits & Cancellations: A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations. Balance due upon arrival. Being a small family owned inn cancelled reservations affect us significantly, therefore, deposits will be refunded only if your reservation is cancelled 15 days before arrival (minus a $25.00 service fee). The full rate will be charged if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date, or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation. There is no refund for early departures unless we are able to rent the accommodations.
